Workington Nature Partnership is a joint venture between Workington Town Council and Cumberland Council.
The partnership is designed to support the natural environment in and around Workington by undertaking a wide range of conservation activities of the Town's nature reserves, parks, open spaces, woodlands and access networks.
The initiative provides a great opportunity for volunteers of all ages and abilities to get involved in improving the land on their doorstep. There are also a number of 'Friends of' groups that anyone can get involved with.

There are great opportunities for schools and groups to visit different areas of the town and help make Workington a better place to live.
