Workington Town Council Community Room.

Our fully accessible, Community Room offers a range of facilities for conferences, training, meetings, and events.

​

We can accommodate up to 60 people with seating / tables which can be arranged by yourself for your requirements.

​

​We also have a kitchen attached to the room which has a kettle, microwave, fridge, water urns, mugs, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc these can be used during your hire. (Condiments are to be supplied by yourself).

​

​There is also:

·         Wifi.

·         Toilets (including disabled).

·         Baby changing facilities.

​

​The room is available for use during office hours from 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

​

The room is not available in the evenings or at weekends.

​

Submitting the form doesn't guarantee a booking.

Once we have received the completed form, we will be in touch.

​Bookings will only be accepted if less than 3 months in advance.

​

If your booking does not fit within one of the categories shown in our terms and conditions, there is a room hire charge of £15 an hour, payable 4 weeks prior to the start of your booking.

​

No shows will be charged a £15 administration fee, whether they pay the room hire charge or not.

​
